Vegetarian Pizza
Here’s a veggie-packed pizza that’s full of flavor! Enjoy without moderation!
Ingredients
- 2 pre-baked 9″ pizza crusts, Chef Dumas
- 150 ml Chef Dumas pizza sauce
- 200 g shredded mozzarella
- ½ red bell pepper (sliced)
- ½ yellow bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 small zucchini (thinly sliced)
- 6 sliced mushrooms
- sliced black olives (to taste)
- dried oregano or basil
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 204°C (400°F).
- Spread the sauce over each crust.
- Add cheese, then vegetables.
- Sprinkle with oregano/basil.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes (until cheese is golden).
- Serve hot.
