Ingredients

  • 2 pre-baked 9″ pizza crusts, Chef Dumas
  • 150 ml Chef Dumas pizza sauce
  • 200 g shredded mozzarella
  • ½ red bell pepper (sliced)
  • ½ yellow bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 small zucchini (thinly sliced)
  • 6 sliced mushrooms
  • sliced black olives (to taste)
  • dried oregano or basil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 204°C (400°F).
  2. Spread the sauce over each crust.
  3. Add cheese, then vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano/basil.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes (until cheese is golden).
  6. Serve hot.
