Ingredients

  • 1 plain thin crust, Chef Dumas
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 125 ml shredded sharp cheddar
  • 75 ml diced grilled chicken
  • 75 ml avocat en dés
  • ½ diced tomato
  • 60 ml frozen corn
  • 1 green onion
  • ½ lime (cut into wedges)
  • Tabasco sauce
  • sour cream
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat to 180°C.
  2. Brush crust with oil; top with cheddar, avocado, chicken, tomato, and corn.
  3. Bake for 12–14 minutes.
  4. Top with green onion and Tabasco.
  5. Season with salt and pepper; serve with lime and sour cream.
