Tex-Mex Pizza
A Mexican fiesta awaits: spicy or mild, with fresh ingredients… Olé!
Ingredients
- 1 plain thin crust, Chef Dumas
- 15 ml olive oil
- 125 ml shredded sharp cheddar
- 75 ml diced grilled chicken
- 75 ml avocat en dés
- ½ diced tomato
- 60 ml frozen corn
- 1 green onion
- ½ lime (cut into wedges)
- Tabasco sauce
- sour cream
- salt, pepper
Preparation
- Preheat to 180°C.
- Brush crust with oil; top with cheddar, avocado, chicken, tomato, and corn.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes.
- Top with green onion and Tabasco.
- Season with salt and pepper; serve with lime and sour cream.
