Ingredients
- 2 sheets of frozen puffed pastry
- 1 jar of tomato-basil sauce
- 8 slices of mortadella
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Pitted and sliced black olives
- Half a bell pepper, chopped
- 8 small tomatoes, sliced
Preparation
- Let the puffed pastry thaw and unfold the sheet on a floured surface.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- With a sharp knife, cut the pastry sheet into 4 squares.
- Cut horizontal strips from the edge of each pastry square to its centre.
- Place the pizzas on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Top pizzas to taste (recommended: tomato sauce, one slice of mortadella, pieces of pepper and tomato, grated cheese).
- Let children choose their toppings.
- Fold the pastry strips over the pizzas, crossing them to create mummy bandages appearance.
- Place two black olive slices on each pizza for eyes.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until crust is golden.
- Drip tomato sauce on top to look like blood.
