Ingredients

  • 1 pack of all-butter puff pastry
  • 1 container of blueberries
  • 1 container of raspberries
  • 1 container of blackberries
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Defrost the Dumas puff pastry block.
  3. In a medium saucepan, cook blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries with sugar and honey over medium heat for 8-10 minutes to make jam.
  4. Roll out thawed dough on a floured surface to approximately 8mm thickness.
  5. Cut pastry into 10cm squares.
  6. Brush squares with egg yolk and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar.
  7. Place squares in oven; after ~10 minutes, add 2-3 tablespoons fruit jam on top.
  8. Continue baking for about 15 minutes until pastry is golden and cooked.
  9. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
