Pepperoni & Red Pepper Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 9" crusts, Chef Dumas
- 150 ml Chef Dumas pizza sauce
- 200 g shredded mozzarella
- 24 pepperoni slices
- ½ red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- dried oregano (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat to 204°C.
- Spread the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella.
- Arrange pepperoni (12 per pizza).
- Add bell pepper strips.
- Sprinkle oregano.
- Cuire 10–12 min.
- Servir chaud.
