Ingredients

  • 2 9" crusts, Chef Dumas
  • 150 ml Chef Dumas pizza sauce
  • 200 g shredded mozzarella
  • 24 pepperoni slices
  • ½ red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • dried oregano (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat to 204°C.
  2. Spread the sauce.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella.
  4. Arrange pepperoni (12 per pizza).
  5. Add bell pepper strips.
  6. Sprinkle oregano.
  7. Cuire 10–12 min.
  8. Servir chaud.
