Ingredients

  • 8 mini 5" crusts, Chef Dumas
  • 200 ml Chef Dumas pizza sauce
  • 200 g shredded mozzarella
  • pepperoni slices or cherry tomatoes (eyes)
  • sliced black olives (mouth)
  • bell pepper strips (eyebrows/mustaches)
  • dried oregano (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat to 204°C.
  2. Spread sauce on each crust.
  3. Add cheese.
  4. Create the face (pepperoni, olives, bell peppers).
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
