Ingredients
- 12 pieces of cookie dough
- 4 Chef Dumas croissants
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of pistachios
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of icing sugar
Preparation
- About 30 minutes before baking, let the cookie dough pieces rest at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally, without cutting all the way through.
- Fill the inside of the croissants with two-thirds of the cookie dough pieces. Lightly press down the dough.
- Top the croissants with the remaining cookie dough pieces and press lightly. Sprinkle with pistachios.
- Place the crookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle with icing sugar.
