Pancetta & Parmesan Pizza
La croûte carrée italienne de Chef Dumas qui prend des airs de Toscane.
Ingredients
- 1 thin Italian crust, Chef Dumas
- 15 ml olive oil
- 125 ml Chef Dumas pizza sauce
- 75 ml diced pancetta
- 4 sliced white mushrooms
- 60 ml parmesan shavings
- black olives
- basil leaves
- salt, pepper
Preparation
- Preheat to 180°C.
- Brush crust with oil, then sauce.
- Add pancetta, mushrooms, olives, and parmesan.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes.
- Top with basil; season with salt and pepper.
